Village Lifestyle Real Estate Team

The Village Lifestyle Real Estate Team was created in 2020 by Ted Custance, a well–respected local Realtor who has been serving the Bath and Kingston area for more than 12 years. With a focus that goes beyond simply buying and selling homes, Ted built the team around the idea that real estate is about lifestyle, community, and location as much as it is about the property itself.

In 2022, Catherine Arnold, a licensed Realtor with a passion for client service and local knowledge, joined the team. Together, Ted and Catherine bring complementary skills and a shared dedication to helping clients achieve their real estate goals in one of Ontario’s most desirable regions.
To provide a truly full–service experience, the team also includes trusted specialists in decluttering, downsizing, and home staging. These professionals work alongside clients to prepare homes for the market, ensuring they show at their very best and appeal to today’s buyers.

With deep roots in the community and a focus on creating smooth, stress–free transitions for clients, the Village Lifestyle Real Estate Team continues to grow its reputation for integrity, care, and results.
